I don't know if you guys have seen this, but I was watching the Daily Show last night and they had a segment on Vladimir Putin's campaign for reelection. While mingling with the people he felt compelled to lift a boys shirt and kiss the boy's belly. Read this for the details. WHAT?!?! He goes on to defend his actions, but I find his defense just as strange as his actions. Anyway, I would maybe understand if there were a cultural explanation, but there is not... It's just weird!
